For the last three months, I have actually listened to my trainer and guess what ? I am losing weight and I feel good. Just like everyone else, I would go for a few days but continued to eat excessively and consumed at least 4 Mountain Dews a day. I now drink up to 64 oz of water a day and smaller portions at the table. I’m not on a “diet” just a cleaner lifestyle…..and the class on Saturday is a great way to jump start your weekend.
